Both. Most of our work is done at the shop in Pocatello, where we have the space and equipment for bigger jobs. But we also run mobile — driveways, workplaces and roadside — and for a great many repairs it makes no difference to the quality of the work.

A standard diagnostic is $100 for a booked hour. Electrical faults are booked as a two-hour job at $200, because tracing a circuit properly genuinely takes that long and rushing it is how shops hand vehicles back unfixed.

Always. Nothing gets taken apart and no parts get bought until you have seen a price and said yes to it. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, work stops and we call you.
